· Creates and presents thedishes in line with cooking instructions and supervisor's instructions.
在烹饪指南和主管的指导下创新及呈现的菜品。
· Adapts work tofluctuations in level of activity, to special events and particular guests.
适应工作波动，特别是对待一些特殊活动及特定的客人。
· Helps receive deliveriesand tidies food items according to storage guidelines. 帮助收货及根据食品储存指南来整理食品存放货架。
· Is responsible for thehigh standard of dishes prepared.
负责高标准菜品的准备工作。
· Ensures that the workplace remains clean and the safety of consumablegoods by always respecting HACCP regulations.
始终遵守HACCP的要求，确保工作场所保持清洁和食品安全。
· Respects the instructions and safety guidelines forthe equipment used. 严格遵照说明及安全指南使用指南，操作厨房设备。
· Applies the hotel's security regulations (in caseof fire etc).
适用于酒店的安全条例(以防火灾等)
· Respects the hotel's commitments to the"Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc).
遵守酒店对《环保章程》的承诺。(节能、回收、垃圾分类等)。
· Vocational diploma infood & beverage studies and/or anyone eager to work in the sectorregardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skillsand motivations
