· Ensures that the workplace remains clean and thesafety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations.

· Ensures that hygiene checks are carried out by anexternal laboratory in order to assess the results of his/her actions, andimplements any corrective actions as necessary.

· Prepares and cooks foodaccording to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and giveninstructions.

· Assists Pastry Chef intraining Commis, and participates in product development and quality control.

· Ensure the operation ofthe Pastry Kitchen. Prepare and cooks food in all areas of the Pastry Kitchenas and when directed.

· High school, formal studies in Pastry/Baking

· Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in 4 or 5 Starhotel
至少6到8年四星或五星级酒店的相关工作经验
· Acknowledged managerial skills
具有相关管理技能
· Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines
了解，熟悉HACCP知识
· Computer literate in the Windows environment
熟悉电脑操作知识
· Languages: fluent in the national language, knowledge of English recommended.
