主要职责Primary Responsibilities :
1、高级销售经理的首要任务是在任何地点都宣传并推销酒店,有机会时在当地推销自己酒店的姐妹品牌,并完成销售指标为公司争取最理想的销售状况。
The Senior Sales Manager’s mission is to primarily promote the hotel and where possible, hotels belonging to the chain in his/her area/region. To achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
2、协助酒店销售部总监制定酒店年度市场计划表(包括合同公司的帐户)。
Assist in drawing up the marketing plan annually with the Director of Sales (including section on Corporate Accounts).
3、在销售部总监的监督管理下,确保酒店商业方面平稳的营运工作。
To ensure the smooth running operation of the commercial section in consultation with the Director of Sales on all matters.
4、主要负责公司客户和地区委派的任务,包括日常的销售拜访,发展新客户,谈判合同和与客户保持良好的工作关系以取得并超过整个酒店的预算目标。
The incumbent in the position is responsible for managing accounts or area of coverage assigned to him / her which includes making regular calls to assigned accounts, developing new accounts, negotiating contracts and maintaining good working relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set and the overall hotel budget.
知识和经验Knowledge and Experience:
1、本科以上学历,有同岗位工作经验2年以上。
Bachelor's degree or above, more than 2 year working experience in the position.
2、韩语为母语或熟练,一定的中/英文口语基础。
Native speaker of Korean, with basic proficiency in simple English or Chinese.
3、热爱酒店工作,积极进取,善于沟通和协调,具备较强的团队凝聚力。
Be passionate about hotel work, aggressive, good at communication and coordination,with strong team cohesion.
4、有上进心和良好的学习能力和抗压能力。
Self-motivated and good learning ability and pressure tolerance.
