conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational
requirements are known 当经理不在期间，制作当班见报，确保其知道酒店的活动和操作要求。Endeavors to resolve all
complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow
up当班期间尽量解决顾客的不满，并将所有的不满之处记录在案以备今后的提高。Supervises cash handling
and banking procedures监督现金收支和储蓄程序。Prepares daily banking and
cash flow reports准备每日储蓄和现金收支报告。Establishes and instructs
staff in cash security procedures建立和指导员工现金安排程序。Deals with irregular
payments处理非常规付款方式Supervises the maintenance
of service equipment监督服务设施的维护工作。Monitors standards of guest
facilities and services监督客户服务标准。Controls stock and monitor
security procedures控制存货和监控安全程序。Assists with menu and wine
list creation协助制定菜单和酒水单。Supervises functions监督各种活动。Supervises outlet service监督部门的服务。
