As a Pastry Chef, we rely on you to:
作为酒店饼房厨师长,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1. Supervise the production and operation of the pastry kitchen, ensuring the implementation of all policies, standards and procedures related to catering.
2. Maintain the standards for purchasing, receiving and food storage.
3. Follow the proper handling of food and the correct storage temperature.
4. Control, monitor and lead the overall operation of the pastry kitchen.
5. Be responsible for on-the-job training of pastry kitchen staff.
1.监督饼房生产运营,确保执行所有关于餐饮的政策,标准及程序
2.维持采购、收货及食品贮藏标准
3.遵循食品的适当处理及正确的保存温度
4.控制、监测并领导整个饼房的运作;
5.负责饼房员工岗上培训。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1. Have more than 5 years of management experience in a pastry kitchen.
2. Be familiar with the production of Western-style pastries, chocolates and breads, and possess certain innovative ideas.
1.具有西饼房相关管理工作经验5年以上。
2.熟悉西式糕点、巧克力和面包制作,有一定的创新理念。
