As a Sales Executive, we rely on you to:
作为酒店销售代表,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1.Under the leadership and supervision of the sales manager, assist in the completion of administrative tasks.
2. Accurately receive, forward and handle incoming calls, faxes, and correspondence.
3. Be responsible for handling and archiving all quotations, contracts, etc. of the sales director and sales managers;
4. Manage customer files, as well as office supplies and other office equipment;
5. Be responsible for handling the travel applications and reimbursements for the supervisor.
6. Lead the guests on a tour of the hotel
7. Timely release team summaries and BEOs
1. 在销售经理的领导和监督下, 协助完成行政管理工作;
2. 准确地收发及处理来电、传真、来往函件;
3. 负责处理及存档销售总监和销售经理所有的报价、合同等;
4. 管理客户档案及文具和其它办公用品;
