消防安全经理 Fire & Life Safety Manager

We are looking for a Fire & Life Safety Manager with following duties and requirements:

As a Fire & Life Safety Manager, we rely on you to:
作为酒店消防安全经理，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1. Support General Manager to oversee and manage Hotel’s Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) program and initiatives
2. Become the member of Hotel’s OHS committee to disseminate and communicate OHS matters
3. Making sure that the Hotel FLS systems comply with local fire safety codes and regulations and corresponding Government permits & certificates are secured;
4. Making sure that Hotel FLS performance complies with the required Corporate Policy, standards and procedures;
5. Planning and implementing FLS systems inspection, testing and maintenance（ITM）;
6. Planning and implementing FLS training and fire drill;
1、支持总经理进行监督和管理酒店的职业健康与安全（OHS）计划和举措
2、成为酒店职业健康与安全（OHS）委员会的成员，传达和沟通职业健康与安全（OHS）的事务
3、确保酒店消防生命安全系统符合当地消防安全规章制度并获得相关的政府许可及证书；
4、确保酒店消防生命安全工作符合集团政策、标准与程序的规定；
5、计划与实施酒店消防生命安全系统的检查、测试与保养；
6、要计划及实施消防系统的培训及演习；
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1. Be familiar with fire safety laws and regulations as well as industry standards, and possess knowledge and experience related to fire safety management.
2. Possess strong abilities in risk identification and emergency handling, and be able to calmly deal with unexpected incidents;
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working efficiently with various departments and external organizations;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous in details, capable of independently handling fire safety management work;
5. Possess certain training capabilities and be able to effectively organize the dissemination of fire safety knowledge and conduct training on fire skills.
1、熟悉消防法律法规及行业标准，具备消防安全管理相关知识与经验；
2、具备较强的风险识别与应急处理能力，能冷静应对突发事件；
3、良好的沟通协调能力，能与各部门及外部机构高效合作；
4、责任心强，注重细节，能独立完成消防安全管理工作；
5、具备一定的培训能力，能有效组织消防知识普及与技能训练
