As a Service Leader-All Day Dinning, we rely on you to:
作为酒店全日开放餐厅主管，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1. Organize a pre-meal meeting to outline the key tasks for the day and promptly convey instructions from superiors.
2. Conduct effective communication and coordination between the restaurant, the kitchen, and other restaurants in accordance with the work procedures.
3. Develop monthly business goals and work plans for the restaurant, and implement them after approval by the department manager.
4. Inspect, supervise, and check the work of all employees in the restaurant.
5. Quickly familiarize and master the work situation and relevant data of the restaurant.
6. Manage guest information and maintain good communication with guests.
1、组织召开餐前会，安排当日工作重点，及时传达上级指示。
2、按工作程序做好餐厅与厨房及其他餐厅工作的沟通和协调。
3、按月制订餐厅经营目标和工作计划，报批部门经理通过后执行。
4、巡视、监督、检查餐厅所属员工的各项工作。
5、及时熟悉掌握餐厅的工作情况和有关数据。
6、做好宾客资料的管理，保持与宾客的良好沟通。
We are looking someone who:

1. At least one year of working experience in the same position;
2. Familiar with the service procedures of the restaurant and have some understanding of the food production;
3. Possess relevant management experience and management skills;
4. Have a passion for the hotel industry and a strong sense of responsibility for work.
1、同岗位一年以上从业经历；
2、熟悉餐厅的服务流程，对出品有一定了解；
3、具备相关的管理经验和管理能力；
4、热爱酒店行业，有工作责任心
