岗位职责
1. Conduct regular client visits, proactively follow up on sales calls and respond to sales leads.
1. 定期客户拜访,积极主动地跟进销售电话及反馈销售线索。
2. Execute sales activities in accordance with guidelines and plans established by the Marketing Director, including meeting clients, handling enquiries, preparing business proposals, maintaining an organised database, and documenting all sales calls, client contacts and business negotiations.
2. 根据市场营销总监制定的指导方针和计划开展销售活动,包括会见客户,处理客户咨询,准备业务提案,维护良好的数据库,记录所有销售电话,客户联系和业务洽谈。
3. Address guest queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
3. 确保所有的问询都能及时有效地处理。
4. Ensure hotel sales activities align with corporate marketing strategies, conducting hotel marketing initiatives in appropriate venues.
4. 确定酒店进行的销售活动与企业行销策略一致,在适宜的地方开展酒店行销活动。
5. Engage with in-house guests to establish connections and gather feedback and evaluations.
5. 与住店客人沟通建立联系,并获取客人的意见及评价。(在酒店内)
6. Meet with key banqueting clients to cultivate positive relationships.
6. 与重要宴会客户会面,建立良好的关系。
7. Attend weekly sales strategy meetings to share and provide feedback on market intelligence.
7. 参加每周销售策略会议,分享及反馈市场信息。
8. Assist the Marketing and Sales Director in establishing market segmentation and pricing strategies.
8. 协助市场销售总监建立市场划分与定价。
9. Develop regular implementation plans based on business objectives and ensure the sales team operates in accordance with established targets.
9. 根据业务计划制定定期的实施计划,并确保销售团队按照既定目标开展业务。
Job Requirements
岗位要求
1. College degree or higher, with relevant experience in managing sales teams and at least four years' experience in hotel marketing and sales.
1. 大专及以上学历,有管理销售团队相关经验,4年及以上酒店市场销售工作经验。
2. Thorough knowledge of the Jiangsu-Zhejiang sales market, with a stable portfolio of key account contacts.
2. 熟知江浙销售市场,有稳定的对标客户资源。
3. Strong data analysis and time management capabilities.
3. 较强的数据分析和时间管理能力。
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while also possessing a collaborative team spirit.
4. 自我激励,有独立工作的能力,也有团队合作精神。
