总机接线员
【岗位职责】
1、Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
有礼貌地正确地处理酒店所有打入和打出的电话.
2、Records and controls accurately wake up calls
正确无误地记录和控制叫醒服务.
3、Pages guests in co-operation with concerned departments
协助有关部门寻呼客人.
4、Records all entries on traffic sheets
做好有关记录.
5、Assists guests with international calls and directory queries
协助客人拔打国际长途电话和直拔电话.
6、Abides by principles of guest privacy
遵守客人隐私原则.
7、Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Telephone Supervisor
处理客人所需或要求以及汇报电话服务投诉.
【岗位要求】
1、中专以上学历,形象气质佳,富有亲和力;
2、沟通能力强,普通话标准,具有良好的服务意识与团队合作意识;
3、熟练使用相关办公软件。
