DUTIES:
Develop and oversee the banquet events (e.g., weddings,conferences, galas, corporate events), analyzing market demand to price events competitively and maximize revenue.Collaborate with F&B team to ensure seamless food and beverage service for events activity.Creates a cohesive team culture and work environment to drive teams’ cooperation in achieving departmental goals.Be knowledgeable of market trends and competitor offerings to identify potential opportunities.Monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability while meeting client expectations.
REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years of proven experience in event management, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity in a 5-star international hotel.Strong leadership and team management skills,with a focus on fostering collaboration and accountability.Awareness of current trends in event technology, sustainability practices, and guest experience innovation.Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to last-minute changes.Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
