PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Assist the Manager in being responsible for the restaurant area, ensuring a smooth running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.
协助经理负责整个餐厅，保证餐厅营运顺畅，使酒店的运营处在一个收益的框架上。
2.Assist in maintaining the overall welfare of our colleagues by providing them with the training and resources to take care of our guests.
协助经理保障所有同事的福利，培训和资源，只有这样同事才能照顾好我们的客人。
3.Assist to achieve departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increase sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.
协助经理通过增加销售营业额和有效率的开支来完成预算目标以保持最大化利润。
4.Work with the Cachet Manager to be responsible for the monthly department Profit & Loss Statement.
协助经理每月召开部门会议陈述餐厅收益和未完成的指标。
5.Perform other duties assigned by the management.
履行管理层安排的其他工作职责。
OPERATIONS运营
1.Assist in the preparation of the yearly department budget by using history & forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects the achievable capabilities.
参考历史纪录和客房率预测，协助经理制定一份可行的部门年度指标。
2.Assist in accurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.
协助经理正确的预计商业需求已确保最有效率的人员配备和食物生产。
3.Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Cordis Policy and procedure.
认识和实施所有康得思酒店的政策和程序.
4.Enforce operational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
定期的复习和更新标准以确保运营。
5.Be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times.
时刻保持部门的安全和卫生设备的标准。
6.Keep communication with patrons, resolve them comments and needs timely.
与客人保持友好沟通，及时发现并解决客人的需求。
7. Be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
协助上级保管好部门所有的财产和设备。
8.Conduct a preventative maintenance on a monthly basis.
每月进行一次餐厅设备的保修和维护。
9.Above all, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our colleagues to excel.
