· To greet with a smile at all times colleagues or guests anywhere in the hotel (Front or back of the house)

· Maintain and updates KITCHEN files, as follows:

· Types correspondence and ensure accuracy of grammar, composition and format
以正确的形式写文件
· Handles incoming and outgoing calls according to hotel standards以酒店的标准接听或拨打电话
· Clears IN/OUT trays for KITCHEN division and distributes to addresses concerned
清理和分发餐饮厨房的相关文件
· Ensures proper requisitioning and control of office supplies; follows up on delivery of materials where need
适当的运用和控制办公物品
· Ensures all correspondences, faxes, messages, emails are responded in a timely manner / disseminated accordingly
及时的查看并答复邮件,信件或传真,有必要时转发给相关人员
· Handles and follows up on assignments as assigned by superior跟进和解决上级所分配的事情
· Ensures security and upkeep of all department confidential files保存部门的秘密文件并确保安全
· Handles all appointments concerning the superior(s) and keeps track of his / her daily schedule and engagements
替上级合理的安排时间表及约会
· Ensures all arrangements are made prior to meetings (booking of function room, set ups, meeting materials etc.)
确定事前预定的会议(预定会议室,摆台及会议所需物品)
· Co-ordinates with colleagues and representatives of other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication
和同事及其他部门之间的协调工作
· Inform concerned personnel of details of meeting
通知相关人员会议的信息
· Takes minutes for the meeting as required; ensure to disseminate minutes to all concerned
每天记录会议内容并发送给相关人员
· Prepares necessary contracts as instructed by superior
根据上级的指示制定合同
· Maintain updated file of contracts and all matters pertaining to entertainers in hotel
将合同存档并复印给相关部门
· Ensures arrangements in relations to entertainment contract are followed up
随时跟进合同的进度
· Keeps track of contract duration and reminds superiors on expiration as needed
关注合同的有效时间并提醒上级
· Follows up on promotion details, upon instruction to ensure that necessary promotional materials (manuals, flyers etc.) are prepared
跟进推广的信息并提前准备推广资料(如宣传单、宣传册等)
· Ensures personal awareness of the activities and services within the hotel in order to promote the property and be responsive to customer inquiries
积极地推销让客人了解并尝试我们的推广
· Handles all appointment requests for superior and schedule accordingly
有效的、及时的完成上级所分配的任务
· Maintains good relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit
和同事之间保持好的沟通,有团队精神
· Co-operates and co-ordinates with colleagues and outside agencies whenever necessary

· Interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialised guest services

· Handles equipment with care and practice economy / recycling of office materials whenever possible

· Ensures timely reporting of malfunction, followed up with maintenance of appropriate office equipment when required

· Attends schedules training

· Participate actively in company initiated employee activities

· Adheres to the specified hygiene and personal grooming standards of the hotel
