To manage theSales department in accordance with hotel standards. Directs hotel sales forceto properly represent the hotel within the designated market. Ensures andcoaches hotel sales force. Meet goals in room nights and revenue as assigned(MICE Budget and Forecast, Special Corporate Budget and Forecast, Luxury travelagents, other assigned goals and task).

2) Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests and hotel staff to their understanding. 能用英语和客人及酒店员工流利交流
3) Familiarity with Sales/Marketing tools.熟悉各种销售技能
4) 3+year experience as a Director of Sales, preferably at an international luxuryor 5-Star hotel. 3年以上销售总监经验，国际奢华酒店或5星级酒店经验者优先
