Assistant Director of Sales - MICE 销售副总监-团队

1、Have leadership skills, understand the responsibility of the MICE Sales position.
2、Well knowledge of the sales skill, monitor and report on the market and competitors in the responsible market area.
3、Assist Director of Sales to allocate daily work according to sales team structure, supervise and guide the sales manager orexecutives as needed in developing group quotations or contracts.
4、Maximize sales at all times and effectively forecast team and catering revenue.
5、Assist Sales Director to participate in the development of marketing plan and collaborate to reach (and possibly surpass)budget.
