Duties:
Greet and assist gym     users in a warm, professional manner, providing information about the     facilities, operating hours etc. Monitor gym operations     to ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness standards;     report any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly. Maintain a tidy and     organized front desk area and keep records updated. Cooperate with other     divisions to coordinate gym-related services and ensure cohesive guest     experience.
Requirements:
Have relevant     experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles is     preferred.  Good communication and     interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact politely and     effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Standard Mandarin with     basic English communication skills. A positive attitude,     proactive mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer     service. Flexibility to work     shifts based on the operation’s needs.
