Duties
Oversee the daily operations of CHI Spa at China World Summit Wing, Beijing, and provide guidance to CHI Spa at Shangri-La Beijing and Shangri-La Tianjin, ensuring full compliance with Shangri-La brand standards in service, safety, and ambiance. Develop regional strategies to increase revenue through optimized pricing, wellness packages and programs and curated wellness services by guest practitioners. Ensure every guest receives personalized, luxury service to enhance their loyalty. Partner with PR to launch campaigns (social media, local events) that showcase CHI Spa as a must-visit wellness destination. Design regional training programs to upskill therapists (technique, product knowledge) and front desk staff (guest engagement, upselling). Share best practices across locations to unify the service quality and brand voice.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of progressive spa leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-property role (luxury hotel/spa background required).Proven record of driving revenue growth,optimizing P&L, and boosting guest satisfaction scores (e.g., Dianping,Trip Advisor).Deep expertise in spa operations: treatment menu design, retail merchandising, inventory management, and therapist scheduling.Strong financial acumen: budget planning, cost control, and KPI analysis.Exceptional leadership skills: ability to inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and develop talent across multiple locations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (written and verbal) with Chinese as the native language.Flexibility to work various shifts and willingness to travel to different properties as required.
