Proceeds to room that have requested forurgent service first e.g. IE, 3hrs, pressing.
4.保证所有快件的洗衣要打上有“急”字的红色衣签。
Ensures all urgent service parcels are raggedwith a red tag marked “URGENT”.
5. 在客人面前要有标准的站姿。
Always uses standard salutation in thepresence of guests.
6. 将客人洗衣通过布草喉或亲自送到分拣员手里,客人洗衣必须放在布袋子里并系好。
Delivers laundry parcels to sorters by chutedropping or personally. Laundry parcelsmust be stored in canvas bags and properly tied.
7. 如洗衣从布草喉下来要电话通知分拣员。
Informs sorters by phone if canvas bags arethrown down from the chute area.
8.将所有的洗衣放在分拣员区域的白色车子里。
Places all parcels into white trolleys atsorter’s area.
9. 快件洗衣要通知分捡员注意。
Informs sorters on any urgent service so thatthey are aware.
10. 在去楼层送衣之前要将送衣车擦干净。
Ensures all valet trolleys are polished andclean before proceeding to the floors for delivery.
11.送衣车上的成衣挂件要按标准不可放得过挤。
Ensures standard procedures in hanging and noover loading of processed garments on trolleys.
12. 所有成衣要顺序排列在送衣车上,以便容易找到,快速送衣。
Ensures all laundered garments are arrangedaccording to floor on trolley for easy location and fast delivery.
13.如客人不在房间,没有填写洗衣单或放在衣袋里的脏衣服不要收取。
Collects only soiled garments in laundryparcels with list attached if guest is not in the room.
14.为安全起见,收完客衣后要马上离开房间。
Leaves room immediately after collection forsecurity reasons.
15.保证所有快件洗衣按时送回客人房间。
Ensures all urgent services are deliveredback to room on the specified timing.
16.保证所有洗好送回的衣服放在房间的衣柜里。
