Ensures the delivery of brand promise and
provides exceptional guest service at all times.
2.适当时为其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务。
Provides excellent service to internal
customers in other departments as appropriate.
3. 礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问，确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handles all guest and internal customer
complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through
to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining

7.根据顾客意见调查结果，确保所有改进措施贯彻执行。
Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit
and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
8.负责维修康乐中心与酒店健身中心的设备维修并确保会员和客人的安全。
Responsible for maintenance/safety in Fitness facility and wellness room for
members and guests.
9.积极报告工作情况并穿着制服佩戴个人工牌。
Reports for duty punctually wearing the
correct uniform and nametag at all times.
10.依照课程安排为会员及客人讲授有氧操课程。
Teaches Aerobic classes to members and guests
in accordance with the aerobic schedule.
11.紧密协助配合康乐中心经理，确保部门的运营流畅。
Works in close coordination with the Fitness
Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Fitness facility and wellness room.
12.负责每日康乐中心的运营，维修， 卫生清洁和安全。
Responsible for the day-to-day operation,
maintenance, cleanliness and safety in the
Fitness facility and wellness
room.
13.负责讲授所有康乐中心经理安排的健身课程。
Responsible for teaching any scheduled
exercise classes that have been arranged by the Fitness Manager.
14. 确保会员及客人在康乐中心内穿着正确的健身衣着。
Ensures that members and guests use the Fitness facility and wellness
room wearing the correct attire.
15.负责并实施每日的器械检查并按照酒店的政策/程序进行必要的记录和报告。
Conducts a daily check of all exercise
equipment in the Fitness facility
and wellness room and records the repairs that are necessary as required by
policy and procedures.
16.确保任何时候都至少有一位健身教练在康乐中心健身区。
Ensures that there is always a minimum of one
instructor on duty on the Fitness
facility and wellness room floor at all times.
