职位描述

工作职责:
1. Provide advice and support when the sales team manipulates business cases/requirements (price strategy, special requirements), to transform business inquiries into confirmed events.
当销售团队操纵生意案例/ 需求(价格策略、特殊需求)时给予建议和支持,了使生意质询转变为确认的事件。
2. When receiving business requirements from the sales manager, promptly prepare proposal/contract, etc. for the customer.
当从销售经理处拿到生意需求时,及时为客户准备计划书/合同等。
3. Discuss the final details with the client and provide professional advice and suggestions on the event planning and setup.
和客户一起商谈最终细节并在活动计划和布置上给予专业的忠告和建议。
4. Ensure effective communication with customers and all departments of the hotel.
保证与客户和酒店各部门有效的沟通。
5. Distribute team-related information to various departments in the hotel. For example: send banquet notification, team summary, and prepare for meeting lectures.
将团队涉及信息分发至酒店各部门。例如:发宴会通知单,团队摘要和准备会议讲座。
6. Communicate and coordinate with various departments in a timely manner when there are demands or urgent needs from the meeting organizers.
在会议组织着有需求或有紧急需求时及时与各部门进行沟通协调。
7. Ensure that event organizers and clients satisfy their guests during the event/team‘s stay.
让活动组织者和客户在活动/团队停留期间让其客人满意。
任职资格:
1. Experience in the same industry and position is preferred, with a long-term intention to develop in the hotel industry;
有同行业同岗位经验者优先,意向在酒店行业长期发展;
2.Strong ability to handle pressure and an outgoing personality;
抗压能力较强,性格较为外向;
3.Proficiency in Cantonese and English is preferred, etc
精通粤语、英语者优先等
