职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.负责制订每日所需主副食品,原料,辅料进购计划并监督到货,验货。
Be responsible for formulating the daily purchase plans for staple and non-staple foods, raw materials and auxiliary materials, and supervising the arrival and inspection of goods.
2.负责食品和其他原料的质量检验,监督食物是否符合食品卫生要求。
Be responsible for the quality inspection of food and other raw materials, and supervise whether food meets food hygiene requirements.
3.负责员工餐厅设备.用具的补充.维修及更新改造计划的制定及申请工作。
Be responsible for the equipment in the staff canteen. Replenishment of equipment. Formulation and application for maintenance and renovation plans。
4.负责员工餐厅班组的班次安排,并检查考勤和纪律执行情况。
Be responsible for the shift arrangement of the staff canteen team and check the attendance and discipline implementation.
5.始终保持员工餐厅的清洁卫生。
Always keep the staff canteen clean and hygienic.
6.检查下属的出勤,仪容仪表及遵守店规的情况。
Check the attendance of subordinates. The situation of appearance and grooming as well as compliance with store regulations;
7.根据营业及季节的变化,制定出下周食谱负责员工餐厅新菜品的研发组织工作。
Based on the changes in business and seasons, formulate the menu for next week and be responsible for the research and development and organization of new dishes in the staff canteen.
8.负责员工餐厅每月成本和费用的控制。
Be responsible for the monthly cost and expense control of the staff canteen.
9.负责厨房内部的各种事务处理,定期对员工餐厅厨工和厨师进行相关培训。
Be responsible for handling various affairs within the kitchen and regularly provide relevant training to the kitchen workers and chefs in the staff canteen.
10.完成上级指派的各项任务或工作。
Complete all tasks or work assigned by superiors.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.有同岗位工作经验5年以上。
More than 5 year working experience in the same position.
2.具备有与本职位相配的烹饪知识,高效率,高质量完成本职工作。
Have a good knowledge to carry out the duties and responsibilities for theposition in an efficient and productive manner.
3.具有非常积极主动的工作态度,并表现出灵活性。
With a very Proactive and positive attitudeto work, and demonstrate flexibility.
