The Lifeguard is responsible for the day to day safety & operation of the swimming pools and to assist in the fitness, activities and general attendant duties in the Fitness Centre. This includes the safety, cleanliness and maintenance duties and activities performed in and around the Fitness Centre.
救生员主要是负责每日游泳池的安全和运作，以及完成健身中心区域每日的职责，包括人身安全，和按程序清洁和保养健身中心区域。
职责义务：
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.每日进行器械检查，清洁和日常保养工作。
Perform daily checks on equipment, cleaning and routine maintenance.
2.擦拭健身中心的设备。
Polish the equipment in the Fitness Centre.
3.通过参加安全培训来确保健身中心的整体安全。
Always be updated on the safety and security of the Health Club by attending training.
4.确保酒店客人和会员的安全是最重要的，负责注意客人在健身中心区域内的行为，以确保符合酒店的规章制度。
Ensure as the highest priority the safety and security of our guests and members. To be attentive to all actions of the guests in the areas of responsibility and ensure the rules and regulations of the area are followed.
5.确保能对意外事件伤害和紧急事件的救助，或对游泳困难者给予帮助。
Ensure the Emergency and Rescue Procedures are followed in the case of guest accidents or swimming difficulties.
6.确保游泳池区域始终有救生员在场，在营业时间决不能出现现场无人值班的现象。
To be present at the pool area at all times. Not to leave the pool unattended at any time during operating hours.
7.确保时刻注意所要求的化学药品的变化或游泳池水质的清晰度，如有变化立即响健身中心经理和工程部报告。
Ensure any noticeable variation with regards to the chemical control or clarity of the pool water is reported immediately to the HC Manager and the Engineering Department.
专业知识技能：
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.持有有效的救生员资格证书。
Hold a valid lifeguard qualification certificate.
2.具备基本的急救知识和技能。
Possess basic first aid knowledge and skills.
3.身体健康，能适应长时间站立工作。
In good health and able to endure long periods of standing while working.
4.责任心强，具备良好的应变能力和观察力。
Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent adaptability and observation skills.
5.有团队合作精神，服从工作安排。
Possess teamwork spirit and be willing to follow work arrangements.
