2.对接酒店内部各部门,协调活动所需资源(如场地、人员、物料)。
Connect with various departments within the hotel and coordinate the resources required for the event (such as venues, personnel, and materials).
3.挖掘客户活动需求,推荐活动方案,负责活动的执行,安排好分工、培训及现场管理,确保服务质量与安全。
Explore the activity demands of customers, recommend activity plans, be responsible for the execution of activities, arrange the division of labor, training and on-site management properly, and ensure the quality and safety of services.
4.制定本地化推广策略,收集用户反馈并优化活动方案。
Develop localized promotion strategies, collect user feedback and optimize activity plans.
5. 分析活动数据及客户反馈,优化活动策略,持续提升活动效果与客户满意度。
Analyze activity data and customer feedback, optimize activity strategies, and continuously enhance activity effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
6. 搜集与寻找客户资料,建立客户档案。
Collect and search for customer information and establish customer profiles.
7.关注行业动态及竞争对手活动策略,提出创新性营销方案,保持酒店市场竞争力。
Keep an eye on industry trends and competitors' activity strategies, propose innovative marketing plans, and maintain the hotel's market competitiveness.
8.监督员工执行规章制度和服务程序,确保服务质量。
Supervise employees in implementing rules and regulations and service procedures to ensure service quality.
9.带领团队完成月度销售目标,制定并执行销售策略。
Lead the team to achieve the monthly sales target, formulate and implement sales strategies.
10.开发并执行有效的会员营销及考核策略,提高会员满意度和续费率。
Develop and implement effective member marketing and assessment strategies to enhance member satisfaction and renewal rates.
11.建立合理的教练团队结构与培养机制,保证团队的稳定和发展。
Establish a reasonable coaching team structure and training mechanism to ensure the stability and development of the team.
12.维护与会员的良好关系,定期回访客户,提高客户满意度。
Maintain good relationships with members, regularly visit customers, and enhance customer satisfaction.
13.处理会员投诉和反馈问题,确保会员权益得到保障。
Handle members' complaints and feedback issues to ensure that members' rights and interests are protected.

1.拥有相关专业学历或管理培训课程背景。
Have a relevant professional degree or background in management training courses.
2.具备优秀的活动策划与执行能力,能够独立完成从方案设计到落地的全流程工作。
Possessing excellent event planning and execution capabilities, capable of independently completing the entire process from scheme design to implementation.
3.有优秀的团队组织能力和业绩开拓能力。
Possess excellent team organization skills and performance development capabilities.
4.具备数据分析能力,能够通过数据反馈优化活动策略。
Possess data analysis capabilities and be able to optimize activity strategies through data feedback.
5.抗压能力强,能够适应快节奏工作环境,确保活动按时高质量完成。
Strong ability to withstand pressure, capable of adapting to a fast-paced working environment, and ensuring that activities are completed on time and with high quality.
6.有酒店、文旅或相关行业活动策划经验。
Have experience in event planning for hotels, cultural tourism or related industries.
