Duties & Responsibilities:
1.负责办理员工的入职和离职手续。
Be responsible for handling the onboarding and offboarding procedures of employees.
2.负责员工更衣柜钥匙的发放,并管理员工更衣室。
Be responsible for distributing locker keys to employees and managing the staff changing rooms.
3.负责员工ID卡发放,做到准确无误。
Be responsible for the accurate distribution of employee ID cards.
4.制作员工个人档案,更新人事档案数据库资料。
Create personal files for employees and update the information in the personnel file database.
5.负责部门各类单据文件的收发、存档、草拟、打印及传递。
Be responsible for the receipt, dispatch, archiving, drafting, printing and transmission of all kinds of documents and files of the department.
6.负责外包小时工系统考勤核对。
Be responsible for the attendance verification of the outsourced hourly worker system.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.大专以上学历,可接受实习生。
College degree or above, interns are acceptable.
2.具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
Have good communication and coordination skills.
3.团队合作能力强,具有快速的适应力及学习能力。
Strong teamwork ability, with rapid adaptability and learning ability.
