职责义务:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1.监管并管理财务部门的日常工作。
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the finance department.
2.确保并负责对所有费用和各项账目的准确性,且确保它们被及时记录在案。
Ensure and be responsible for the accuracy of all expenses and accounts, and ensure that they are promptly recorded.
3.确保所有资产负债表的业务被正确地入账和调节。
Ensure that all business transactions in the balance sheet are correctly recorded and adjusted.
4.审查每周银行调节表/月度资产负债表的调节及分析。
Review the weekly bank reconciliation statements/monthly balance sheet reconciliations and analyses.
5.完全熟悉喜来登会计科目表并准确使用。
Be fully familiar with the Sheraton accounting subject list and use it accurately.
6.确保会计记录遵守当地法律法规。
Ensure that accounting records comply with local laws and regulations.
7.确保月末关账流程的完成并及时准备所有需要的财务报告给财务总监审查。
Ensure the completion of the month-end closing process and promptly prepare all necessary financial reports for review by the finance director.
8.确保每月及年未关账的及时及准确性。
Ensure the timely and accuracy of monthly and year-end closing.
9.确保所有政策和程序遵循财务标准。
Ensure that all policies and procedures follow financial standards.
10.明白酒店内部控制程序和要求,并通过定期的审计确保酒店遵守上述两项的要求。
Understand the hotel's internal control procedures and requirements, and ensure the hotel complies with these requirements through regular audits.
11.协助完成指定的预测和预算。
Assist in completing specified forecasts and budgets.
12.根据管理层和业主的要求,准备每月财务报告和明细表。
Prepare monthly financial reports and detailed statements according to the requirements of management and the owner.
13.完全熟悉财务部门内受其管理的其他团队成员的责任及程序。
Be fully familiar with the responsibilities and procedures of other team members managed within the finance department.
14.协调内部及外部审计流程。
Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
15.确保酒店遵守政府的税法,按时交税。
Ensure the hotel complies with government tax laws and pays taxes on time.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.财务管理、会计、金融相关专业。
Major in financial management, accounting and finance.
2.具有3年以上财务负责人工作经验。
More than 3 year working experience as a financial officer.
3.通晓财务、会计、金融、税务知识、掌握法律相关知识,具备基本计算机应用知识。
Have a good knowledge of finance, accounting, finance, tax, legal knowledge and basic computer application knowledge.
4.熟练运用会计电算化,熟练使用财务软件。
Skilled in accounting computerization and financial software.
5.具有一定的外部关系协调和统筹管理能力。
Have certain ability of external relationship coordination and overall management.
6.良好的团队领导力、协作能力,优秀的沟通、分析能力,对企业忠诚度高。
Good team leadership, collaboration skills, excellent communication and analysis skills, and high loyalty to the enterprise.
