Be courteous and professional at all times, delivering high quality service to guests.

Ensure compliance of lost and found procedures.

Adhere by the hotel’s policies and procedures, Hilton’s code of business conduct, the hotel’s team member handbook.
10.遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守希尔顿的商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款。
