具有国际品牌酒店2年以上饼房厨师领班的工作经验
Employee Specification
Qualification in Kitchen Production and Management
Works
in any sections of kitchen when necessary or as requested by the Sous Chef or
Chef de Cuisine.
Ensures
that all dishes from that section are prepared consistently and according to
standard recipes.
Knowledge and hands on experience in Kitchen management, menu planning and operational skills
Minimum 2 years work experience as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
