职责描述
全面落实酒店餐饮部的各项标准
正确使用洗碗机清洁盘，杯，碟子，银具，玻璃杯等
负责餐具的接收，分类，清洗和摆放的工作。给待洗餐具清除残渣，将瓷器，玻璃器皿，和银具分类; 将盘子和碟子摆好方便洗碗机正常工作
协助进行每月对运营设备及营业用品的盘点

具有国际品牌酒店1-2年餐务员工作经验
Job Description
Ensures that minimum brand standards have been implemented
Operates an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes
Prepares tableware for washing; receives or collects tableware to be washed and removes food residue with scraper; sorts china, glassware, and silverware, placing each in separate racks or trays, standing plates and saucers on edge, and inverting cups so that they may be washed more effectively
Maintains par stocks of all equipment and guest supplies
Employee Specification
1-2 years work experience as Steward in a hotel or restaurant with good standards desirable
