【岗位职责】
Achieve the hotel's banquet sales goals to the best of your ability; Supervise the department to ensure that daily tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner; Supervise the Associate Director of Banquet Sales, Sales Managers, Sales Directors and Coordinators with regard to training, implementation of sales programs; Further enhance the hotel's visibility by maintaining contact with the marketplace as well as domestic and international customers.

【工作内容】
Overseeing sales and service in group business, maintaining and managing customer relationships监管团体业务中的销售及服务,维护及管理顾客关系Meet and exceed budget expectations for room sales and banquet sales达到并超越房间销售和宴会销售的预算期望Manage all banquet and conference bookings and maintain business with a long term strategy管理所有宴会及会议的预定并能以长远战略保持业务发展Develop, analyze and evaluate key performance objectives for conference and banquet employees制定、分析及评价会议及宴会员工主要绩效目标Optimizing business results with high-yield strategies以高收益战略来优化业务成果Analyze current and potential markets and their trends and coordinate all activities that will expand performance分析目前和潜在市场以及其发展趋势,协调一切能够拓展业绩的活动Assist in the development of the annual revenue plan and set departmental goals and analyze their results协助制定年度收入计划并制定部门目标并分析其结果Collaborate with corporate and travel sales departments on sales activities与公司、旅游销售部门合作进行销售活动Support the Director of Marketing and Sales in conference and banquet sales支持市场销售总监的会议及宴会销售Knowledge of hotel brand standards熟知酒店品牌标准
【岗位要求】
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels 具有至少5 年国际连锁酒店的相关经验Fully versed in Sales System with high level of interpersonal skills; Excellent Leadership skills with ability to motivate and coach staff; Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry and Catering Sales; Ability and understanding of the market trends; Able to handle guest request and feedback in a professional manner; Ability to conduct training needs analysis for the department, and prepare effective training plans; Ability to interact with all level of people; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Team Player熟知销售系统并具有良好的沟通能力; 卓越的领导能力,善于管理 并激励员工; 了解,旅游产业和宴会销售; 对市场走势具有一定的 分析和见解; 妥善处理及回复客人需求; 具有分析员工不同需要为 其制订有效培训计划的能力; 能与各级员工互动交流; 良好的交流 沟通能力; 良好的团队合作精神Good Chinese and English spoken/reading/written ability良好的中、英文口语、阅读及书写技能University Graduate or above education level大专以上学历大学本科以上文化程度
