Prepareand cook food in designated areas of the kitchen asper the standards for associates by following instructions.
Workin a Hygienic, safe, efficient and productive manner at all times.
Familiarizehim with menu and ingredient knowledge. Fully adhere to Marriott Safe Food & Hygiene standard.

The Cook is responsiblefor preparing, cooking and presenting food as per his given instructionsaccording to the established standards.
厨师的职责是根据指示并按照工作标准去准备、加工和提供食品。
1. Cook, prepare and bake food for associates asper the standard recipes
根据标准食谱卡、为员工准备和制作食品。
2. Follow the outlined standard and proceduresprecisely.
严格遵守本部门的标准及程序。
3. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene,grooming and presentation.
保持高标准的个人卫生及形象。
4. Ensure correct and safe use of all equipment,machinery and tools.
确保正确安全地使用员工餐厅厨房的所有装备、机器和工具。
5. Always maintain high standards of food hygiene,cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen, storage, fridges and freezers.
高标准地保持工作区域、存储区域、保鲜及冷冻冰箱的食品卫生、干净和整洁问题。
6. Make sure that all food items are received, checkedand stored correctly.
保证准确收货,验货和库存。
7. Ensure that Staff Cafeteria kitchen equipments arein good working order and reports any faults or damage.
保证员工餐厅厨房设备正常工作,如有问题马上报告。
8. Attend all scheduled training at his, herlevel.
参加所有相应级别的培训。
9. Maintain a safe and secure working environment
保持安全可靠的工作环境。
10. Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notifysupervise/managers of potential danger.

11. Adhere and ensure that all policies and procedures and Staff handbookregulations are abided by.
