Responsibility
主要职责：
1.Provide technical support for internal staff. Solve the technical issue according to the SLA.
对酒店内部员工提供技术支持。在服务标准规定时间内解决技术问题。
2.Maintain network equipment of the hotel.
维护酒店内部网络设备。
3.Coordinate with hardware/system supplier for the system maintenance/troubleshooting/upgrade.
协调硬件和系统供应商对酒店系统进行维护，排错或升级。
4.Other tasks assigned by manager.
上级安排的其他工作。
Qualification
岗位要求：
1.College or above in computer science, MIS or similar field; no limitation of gender.
大专及以上学历，计算机及相关专业; 男女不限。
2.Strong English communication skill
良好的英语沟通能力
3.Good sense of customer service
良好的服务意识
4.Teamworker
良好的团队协作精神
