健身教练 Fitness Instructor

岗位职责
1.提供全面的教练服务，场内常规技术辅导及健身器械使用指导。
2.为宾客科学制订体能营养训练计划。
3.负责训练、指导工作及宾客服务工作。
4、指导宾客正确的锻炼，作好宾客的健身记录。保证宾客安全。
5.推广并销售与健身有关的系列产品。
Job responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive coaching services, on-site routine technical guidance and guidance on the use of fitness equipment.
2. Formulate physical nutrition training plan for guests scientifically.
3. Responsible for training, guidance and guest services.
4. Instruct guests to exercise correctly and make good fitness records of guests. Ensure the absolute safety of guests.
5. Promote and sell a series of fitness-related products.
岗位要求
1．大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验1年以上。
2．具有社会指导员证书和健身教练证书。
3．工作勤奋，肯吃苦，具有团队合作精神。
4．与宾客的有效沟通能力强，具有服务意识，为人正直、诚实、敬业。
5．具有良好的工作习惯、较高的职业素养与道德。
Job requirements
1. College degree or above, more than X years of work experience in the same position.
2. Love fitness exercises and have certain basic theoretical knowledge of fitness.
3. Hardworking, willing to endure hardships, and teamwork spirit.4. Strong effective communication skills with guests, a sense of service, integrity, honesty and dedication.
5. Have good working habits, high professionalism and ethics.
