【岗位职责】
1、协助员工入离职、调动手续办理。
Assist in handling the procedures for employees' onboarding, departure, and transfer.
2、生日会及其他员工活动的照像工作。
Photography services for birthday parties and other employee events.
3、做好日常工作及管理好酒店后台区域环境卫生工作。
Perform daily tasks and manage the environmental sanitation of the hotel's back - office area.
4、办理酒店员工的暂住证、体检证。
Handle the temporary residence permits and medical examination certificates for hotel employees.
5、协助员工劳动合同签订及管理工作。协助质检、培训工作。
Assist in the signing and management of employees' labor contracts, as well as the quality inspection and training work.
6、负责部门资产保全、增补,调出等管理工作。
Be responsible for the management of department assets, including preservation, supplementation, and transfer.
