Your day to day 日常职责
1.To manage salesactivities and events in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and toachieve /exceed budget and sales strategy for your hotel
按照年度市场销售计划管理销售工作和活动,完成并超越酒店的预算和销售战略目标。
2.Assists in producing the Annual Revenue Plan.
协助制定年度收入计划。
3.Assists in producing, implementing andmonitoring action plans to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved.
协助制订与收入计划相关的工作计划,以确保收入计划目标得以实现。
4.Analyses current and potentialmarkets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenuethrough added business volume and increased rate.
对现有的和可能性的市场/趋势进行分析,协调各种活动,以通过增加的业务量和提高的价格来保持并增加收入。
5.Procures new and repeat business for thehotel by monitoring contact with airlines, wedding agencies, commercial houses,private clubs and professional associations within local, domestic andinternational markets. Maintains contact with planners, corporate accounts,incentive buyers, airlines and wholesalers, through personal sales calls,telephone contacts and written communications.

6. Increasing hotel ADR, OCC, local food and beveragebanqueting sales
增加酒店入住率,平均房价,及当地餐饮和宴会的销售收入。
7.Meets with guestsfrom major producers/organizers of big events staying in the hotel to ensurecustomer satisfaction
会见在酒店下榻的活动组织者的客户,以保证客户的满意度。

1.Demonstrated abilityto interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly onthe hotel, the brand and the Company.

2.Problem solving,motivating, organizational and training abilities.

3.High proficiency inwritten and spoken English and Mandarin

4.Above 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education andexperience
3年以上相关工作经验,或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景
