Job Description:
1. 协调餐饮部各部门的运作。协助餐饮总监制定餐厅及酒吧的预算。在餐饮部总监及餐厅经理中提供良好的沟通桥梁作用。
1. Coordinate of day to day Food & Beverage outletactivities. To assist Director of Food & Beverage in Planning, organizing,budgeting in all outlets and bars. Provide a strong communication link betweenOutlet Managers and the Director F&B.
2. 对于销售和成本方面,随时更新财务数据(预算与实际),并确保销售额和利润最大化。
2. To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) insales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized.
3. 充分了解市场对餐厅各部门的需求和期望,确保各餐厅管理团队对于相应产品线(菜单)的开发。
3. To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet and ensurethat the product lines (menus) are developed by the outlet management teamaccordingly.
4. 有效地回应内部审计报告,跟进客人的评论的调查。
4. Responds effectively to internal audit reports, investigation followingguest comments.

Job Requirements:
1. 良好的口头及书面沟通能力
1. Good oral and written communication skills
2. 至少8年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
2. Min 8-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity,preferably with international hotel chain
3. 全日制大专(含)以上学历
3. Associate degree or above
4. 中餐厅管理背景
4. Background of Chinese Restaurant Management
