Guest Experience Ambassador (Foreign National) 宾客体验大使（外籍）Job Requirements 岗位要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、工商管理或相关专业；
Minimum 1 year working experience in guest service related positions at international luxury resorts /luxury branded hotels
拥有一年及以上国际奢华度假村 / 奢华品牌酒店对客服务相关岗位工作经验；
Solid professional knowledge covering resort Front Office and F&B daily operation standards, service flows and standard operating procedures
扎实掌握度假村前厅、餐饮全板块日常运营知识，熟悉前厅、餐饮全套服务标准、流程及操作规范；
Strong service awareness and professional service mindset, capable of delivering consistent high-standard guest experience to all external visitors
具备极强的服务意识与职业服务素养，为外部宾客持续提供高品质服务；
Fully familiarized with international luxury hotel brand service norms, guest reception standards, complaint handling processes and VIP service procedures
精通国际奢华酒店品牌服务规范、宾客接待标准、客诉处理流程及 VIP 专属服务流程；
Proficient in all mainstream hotel operation systems, front office PMS software, office tools and catering management systems
熟练操作各类酒店运营系统、前台客房管理软件、办公软件及餐饮管理相关系统；
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and on-site coordination skills, able to communicate smoothly with guests and all department teams
优秀的沟通表达、人际交往及现场协调能力，可顺畅对接宾客及各部门团队；
Confident personality, fluent oral English as working language, able to communicate proficiently in Mandarin Chinese
性格自信大方，英语口语流利可作为工作语言，能够流利使用中文开展日常沟通；
Main job scope: Undertake all guest experience service work covering resort Front Office and F&B outlets, including guest reception, consultation, VIP escort, demand response and guest complaint resolution
核心工作范畴：负责度假村前厅、餐饮全板块宾客体验相关对客服务，包含宾客接待咨询、VIP 陪同引导、宾客需求响应、客诉协调处理等工作。
