1·Conducts routineproperty inspections as directed to determine maintenance requirements orupgrades and improvements to the property and its assets.

2·Handles specificjob requests as directed in an efficient and timely manner.

3·Participates inpreventative maintenance procedures as directed.

5·Ensures that theplant room, work shop and related areas, and tools and equipment are kept in aclean and tidy manner.

6·Co-ordinates withfellow duty engineers regarding engineering work in progress.

7·Attends meetingsand training as required by supervisors.
