1.Prepares duty rosters for the ResortHosts. Ensure the Reception andSwitchboard are properly manned at all time.

2.Able to perform all duties as highlightedin the Job Descriptions and Job Specifications of the Resort Hosts andTelephone Operators.

4.Constant monitoring of the mise-on-place(forms, stationeries etc.), service procedures and associates’ grooming.

5.Must be visible in the lobby during busyperiods (check-in/out, high occupancy).
在繁忙时段必须在大堂坚守自己的岗位。(抵离时间,高住房率)。
6.Handles and follow through any guestcomplaints, and take corrective measures to avoid repetition.
处理客人投诉,并采取补救措施,以避免重复投诉。
岗位要求
1.College or above.
大专(含)以上学历优先考虑。
2.More than 1year working experience in thesame position is preferred.
1年以上同岗位工作经验优先考虑。
3.Ability of English communication.
具备良好的英文听说读写能力。
4.Good Communication skills.
良好的谈吐及沟通技巧。
5.Pleasantly personality, persistent.
性格开朗,具有较强的工作责任心。
6.Must be well-presented and professionallygroomed at all times.
始终保持良好和专业的形象。
