Job Description
1、全面负责酒店客房部的日常运营管理工作,确保客房清洁,维护及服务质量达到品牌标准。
2、制定并执行客房清洁,布草管理,物品配备等工作流程及标准,监督落实各项卫生与安全制度。
3、合理分配员工工作任务,优化工作流程,提升部门工作效率,控制运营成本;
4、负责客房用品的库存管理,包括采购计划,领用分配及损耗控制。
5、培训,督导客房部员工,提升团队专业技能与服务意识,定期进行绩效考核。
6、处理宾客对客房服务的投诉与特殊需求,确保问题及时解决并提升客户满意度。
7、协调与前厅、工程、餐饮等其他部门的协作,保障酒店整体运营顺畅
1. Fully oversee the daily operations and management of the hotel's Housekeeping Department, ensuring room cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality meet brand standards.
2. Develop and implement work procedures and standards for room cleaning, linen management, and supply replenishment; supervise the enforcement of all hygiene and safety regulations.
3. Reasonably assign work tasks to staff, optimize workflows, improve departmental efficiency, and control operational costs.
4. Manage the inventory of guest room supplies, including procurement planning, requisition and distribution, and loss control.
5. Train and supervise housekeeping staff, enhance their professional skills and service awareness, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
6. Handle guest complaints and special requests regarding housekeeping services, ensuring timely resolution and improving customer satisfaction.
7. Coordinate with other departments such as Front Office, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to ensure smooth overall hotel operations.

Talent requiring standard
1、具备酒店客房管理相关工作经验,熟悉客房部运营流程及行业标准。
2、较强的组织协调与团队管理能力,能有效调动员工积极性。
3、注重细节,对卫生,安全及服务质量有高标准要求。
4、具备良好的沟通能力与应变能力,能妥善处理突发问题;
5、熟练使用办公软件及酒店管理系统。
6、能适应弹性工作时间,包括周末及节假日值班。
7、有国际品牌酒店工作经验者优先。
1. Possess relevant work experience in hotel housekeeping management, familiar with housekeeping operational procedures and industry standards.
2. Strong organizational, coordination, and team management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate staff.
3. Detail-oriented, with high standards regarding hygiene, safety, and service quality.
4. Good communication and problem-solving skills, capable of properly handling unexpected issues.
5. Proficient in using office software and hotel management systems.
6. Able to work flexible hours, including weekend and holiday shifts.
7. Experience with international brand hotels is preferred.
