Job Description
1. 负责汤泉男女宾部的卫生清洁与维护工作，完成每日开场及收尾任务。在客人提出需求时，提供专业的助浴及精油护理服务，保障汤泉区域环境整洁、服务顺畅。
2. 在客人提出助浴需求时，主动、礼貌地提供服务，严格按照标准流程操作。
3. 熟练使用搓澡巾、浴盐、奶浴及各类精油产品，根据客人需求调整手法、力度与护理方式。
4. 服务结束后清理助浴区域，整理工具并进行规范消毒。
5. 关注客人反馈，及时回应合理需求，提升服务满意度。
6. 配合领班或主管完成临时安排的清洁或接待任务。
7. 与其他汤泉服务人员保持良好沟通，确保工作衔接顺畅。
1. Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the male and female guest areas in the hot spring, completing daily opening and closing tasks. When guests request assistance, provide professional bathing and essential oil care services, ensuring a clean environment and smooth service in the hot spring area.
2. When guests request bathing assistance, proactively and politely provide the service, strictly following standard procedures.
3. Proficient in using scrub mitts, bath salts, milk baths, and various essential oil products, adjusting techniques, pressure, and care methods according to guest needs.
4. After completing the service, clean the bathing area, organize tools, and perform proper disinfection.
5. Pay attention to guest feedback, respond promptly to reasonable requests, and enhance service satisfaction.
6. Assist the team leader or supervisor with temporarily assigned cleaning or reception tasks.
7. Maintain good communication with other hot spring service staff to ensure smooth coordination.
人才要求
Talent requiring standard
1. 年龄35周岁以下，身体健康，无传染性疾病（需持健康证上岗）。
2. 有助浴、精油护理或洗浴行业服务经验者优先。
3. 工作细致、吃苦耐劳，能适应轮班制及一定体力劳动。
4. 具备服务意识，礼貌待人，能耐心面对客人不同需求。
5. 遵守公司卫生、安全及服务规范。
1. Under 35 years old, in good health, with no infectious diseases (a valid health certificate is required for employment).
2. Experience in bathing assistance, essential oil care, or bathing industry services is preferred.
3. Detail-oriented, hardworking, able to adapt to shift work and certain physical labor.
4. Possess a strong service mindset, be polite and courteous, and patiently respond to various guest needs.
5. Comply with company hygiene, safety, and service standards.
