JOB RESPONSIBILIES【岗位职责】
1.Assist and support the with kitchen and service operations as necessary.

2.Promote effective and open communication throughout the Stewarding team both upstream and down.

3.Ensure and promote effective intradepartmental communication and a spirit of co-operation.

4.Ensure all Stewarding colleagues are aware of, trained in and follow the food safety standards and procedures outlined in the Marriott Hotel food safety program.

5.Ensure chemicals are used and stored safely.

JOB SPECIFICATION【岗位要求】
1.Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.

2. Minimum 2 years work experience as Stewarding Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
至少两年酒店或大型高级餐厅的管事部经理或副理工作经验。
