【岗位职责】
1、 协助餐厅经理对餐厅进行经营管理和日常运转工作，确保各营业目标的圆满实现。Assist the Restaurant Manager in the operational management and
daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the successful achievement of all
business objectives.
2、协助制定餐厅的每月工作计划，并督促落实情况，不断完善工作程序，提高服务质量。Assist in developing monthly work plans for the restaurant,
supervise their implementation, continuously improve work procedures, and
enhance service quality.
3、保障服务质量和卫生标准，带领全体员工大限度地满足宾客的合理需求。Ensure service quality and hygiene standards are met, lead the team
to fully satisfy guests’ reasonable needs.
4、制定餐厅员工的培训计划，督促落实，并定期参加培训，提升员工专业技能和服务水平。Develop training plans for restaurant staff, supervise their
execution, and regularly participate in training sessions to enhance employees’ professional skills and service levels.
5、及时收集员工的各种合理化意见和建议，规范员工行为，调动员工积极性，合理调配劳动力。Timely collect reasonable opinions and suggestions from employees,
regulate staff conduct, motivate team members, and allocate labor effectively.
6、掌握日常管理工作，根据具体接待工作，组织人员，做好协调各班组工作。Manage daily operations, organize staff according to specific
reception tasks, and coordinate work among various teams.
7、完成上级交办的其他工作。Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
【岗位要求】
1.好的沟通技巧；Good communication skills;
2.较强的组织能力；Good organization skills;
3.具备优秀展示技巧；High energy level with presentation skills;
4.流利的英语说、写能力；English Fluent in both writing and speaking;
5.2年同等职位五星级国际酒店及特色餐厅相关工作经验。2 years’ experience in the same position in a 5 stars hotel.
