【岗位职责】
1、检查服务员的仪表仪容,监督送餐部服务员和订餐员的工作。Inspect the grooming and appearance of servers, and supervise the work of in-room dining servers and order takers.
2、安排服务员给宾客送赠品(如果篮、花篮、巧克力等)。Arrange for servers to deliver complimentary items to guests (e.g., fruit baskets, flower baskets, chocolates, etc.).
3、安排服务员收回房间通道及其他区域用过的餐车及餐具,并送往洗碗间。Assign servers to collect used trolleys and tableware from guest room corridors and other areas, and deliver them to the dishwashing area.
4、送餐前,检查送餐车、托盘及赠品,确保一切准备就绪,一旦需要,即可送出。Before food delivery, inspect delivery trolleys, trays and complimentary items to ensure everything is ready for immediate dispatch when required.
5、控制营业所需的餐具,定期参加盘点。Manage tableware required for daily operations and participate in regular inventory checks.
【岗位要求】
1、有在5星级同岗位工作1年以上。Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the same position at a 5-star hotel.
2、熟悉菜肴酒水知识,送餐服务的工作规范及质量标准。Familiar with food and beverage knowledge, as well as operating procedures and quality standards for in-room dining service.
3、熟知接待服务中的礼节礼仪。Proficient in etiquette and protocols for guest reception and service.
4、有较强的语言表达能力,及推销能力。Strong communication skills and sales promotion ability.
