餐饮部实习生 Trainee-F&B Service(实习)

实习生岗位可选择部门：御苑中餐厅、品聚·珠海特色餐厅、芳菲苑西餐厅（全日制餐厅）、送餐部。
岗位职责：
1.按照部门的要求和标准操作程序，提供高质量的餐饮服务， 对付账买单按专业程序要求。Delivering Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures，Professionally handle enquiries billing and payment of bills in compliancy with the hotel’s established policies and procedures
2.向主管报告工作中的困难、客人的意见及其他相关的信息Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
3.建立、维持同事员工之间有效的工作关系Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
4.按规定参加每日例会及其他的会议Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
5.根据电脑上先前的记录，确保对顾客账单的房间号和姓名的核对Ensure the charged bill is checked against room number and name in accordance with computer listing prior to posting
6.按规定参加培训Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
7.在繁忙时和有充足的时间时，配合餐饮部各部门Assists the food and beverage outlet team in peak and idle times
8.随时保持餐厅区域区域的整齐、清洁Ensure that the restaurant is tidy and clean at all times
9.完成上级交办的其他餐饮服务相关临时性工作任务Perform other temporary food and beverage service tasks assigned by supervisors.
10.按规范路线将餐品准时送达宾客房间，敲门礼仪、进门流程均严格遵循品牌标准，尊重宾客隐私Deliver meals to guest rooms on time via standard routes. Follow brand standards for knocking and entering, and respect guest privacy.
11.在房内完成餐桌布置、菜品呈现及简单介绍（如菜品名称、用餐建议），必要时提供分餐或醒酒等增值服务Set up the table, present dishes, and give a brief introduction in the room (e.g., dish names, dining suggestions). Provide extra services like serving or decanting if needed.
12.清晰说明账单内容，协助宾客完成签单或结账，收取并妥善保管回执。主动询问宾客用餐体验，收集反馈并及时上报特殊情况（如投诉、过敏等）Explain the bill clearly, assist with signing or payment, and keep receipts safe. Proactively ask about the dining experience, collect feedback, and report special cases (e.g., complaints, allergies) promptly.
任职要求：
教育背景：旅游、酒店管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先Education background: Tourism, hotel management, catering management and other related majors are preferred.
