岗位职责:
1.按照部门的要求和标准操作程序,提供高质量的餐饮服务, 对付账买单按专业程序要求。Delivering Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures,Professionally handle enquiries billing and payment of bills in compliancy with the hotel’s established policies and procedures
2.向主管报告工作中的困难、客人的意见及其他相关的信息Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
3.建立、维持同事员工之间有效的工作关系Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
4.按规定参加每日例会及其他的会议Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
5.根据电脑上先前的记录,确保对顾客账单的房间号和姓名的核对Ensure the charged bill is checked against room number and name in accordance with computer listing prior to posting
6. 按规定参加培训Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled
7.在繁忙时和有充足的时间时,配合餐饮部各部门Assists the food and beverage outlet team in peak and idle times
8.随时保持餐厅区域区域的整齐、清洁Ensure that the restaurant is tidy and clean at all times
任职要求:
教育背景:旅游、酒店管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先Education background: Tourism, hotel management, catering management and other related majors are preferred.
