岗位职责:
1.任何时候要以一种职业化素养来引导自我,遵守已建立的管理标准和规定、防火规章制度、部门标准程序及政策。Conduct self in a professional manner at all times. Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
2. 制服穿着干净、整洁,任何时候要保持整齐的外表。Dress in issued uniform and ensures a neat, clean, and tidy appearance at all times.
3. 班次变动要及时汇报,任何时候要熟知时间安排表,如不能出席工作,需及时通知主管。Report to work on time. Is aware of schedule at all times and if unable to attend work, notifies the Supervisor in adequate time.
4. 接受客房部门已分配工作任务,如有疑问应及时提出。Pick-up work assignments from the Housekeeping Department, and review for any questions.
5. 在出勤表上签到/签退并刷上/下班卡。Sign in/out on the payroll sheet or swipe id card in/out and floor keys.
6.领取区域钥匙、设备、日常用品等等。 Report to assigned areas(s) with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc. .
7. 按照操作程序和标准清洁客房。Clean guest rooms following the established procedures and standards.
8. 检查报告楼层管辖区域内的房态差异。Check for any discrepancies on the Room Attendant’s Report.
9. 收集所有的垃圾和可回收垃圾,放置到服务区域垃圾箱里。Remove all garbage and recyclable items and place in the appropriate bins inside the service area.
10. 报告客房破损和维修项目。Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.
11. 向客房部报告房间遗留物。Report any items found in check-out rooms to Housekeeping.
12. 完成管理层分配其它工作任务。Perform other duties as assigned by management.
任职要求:
教育背景:旅游、酒店管理、餐饮管理等相关专业优先Education background: Tourism, hotel management, catering management and other related majors are preferred.
