【岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities】
检查服务员的仪表仪容,监督送餐部服务员和订餐员的工作。
Inspect the appearance and grooming of service staff, and supervise the work of the in-room dining servers and order takers.
安排服务员给宾客送赠品(如果篮、花篮、巧克力等)。
Arrange for servers to deliver complimentary gifts to guests (e.g., fruit baskets, flower baskets, chocolates, etc.).
安排服务员收回房间通道及其他区域用过的餐车及餐具,并送往洗碗间。
Coordinate the retrieval of used meal carts and tableware from guest room corridors and other areas, and ensure their delivery to the dishwashing area.
送餐前,检查送餐车、托盘及赠品,确保一切准备就绪,一旦需要,即可送出。
Before delivering orders, check the meal carts, trays, and gifts to ensure everything is ready for prompt service when needed.
控制营业所需的餐具,定期参加盘点。
Monitor the inventory of tableware for operational needs and participate in regular stocktaking.
【岗位要求 / Job Requirements】
有在5星级同岗位工作1年以上。
At least 1 year of experience in the same position at a 5-star establishment.
熟悉菜肴酒水知识,送餐服务的工作规范及质量标准。
Familiar with knowledge of dishes and beverages, as well as service standards and quality requirements for in-room dining.
熟知接待服务中的礼节礼仪。
Proficient in etiquette and manners for reception services.
有较强的语言表达能力,及推销能力。
Strong verbal communication and sales skills.
能用英语为外宾客提供服务优先。
Priority will be given to candidates capable of serving foreign guests in English.
