收益分析专员 Revenue Analyst

【岗位职责】
协助酒店收益经理统筹和推动酒店客房、宴会板块收益管理工作，包含但不限于：Assist the Hotel Revenue Manager in overseeing and driving revenue management for the hotel's rooms and banquet segments, including but not limited to:
1、协助推动酒店收益管理策略的执行，包括但不限于价格制定、库存管控、渠道管理、追踪市场细分表现等。Assist in driving the implementation of the hotel’s revenue management strategies, including but not limited to pricing formulation, inventory control, channel management and market segment performance tracking.
2、跟进团队管理：追踪团队业务的销售进度，确保团队销售策略有效落地。Group business follow-up: track the sales progress of group bookings to ensure the effective execution of group sales strategies.
3、监控预订趋势：每日盯紧预订变化，及时调整策略以实现收益优化。Booking trend monitoring: closely track daily booking dynamics and adjust strategies promptly to achieve revenue optimization.
4、监测竞争对手价格以及包价产品，识别潜在的收益增长机会，协同推进日历房销售策略和包价产品的落地。Monitor competitor pricing and package offers, identify potential revenue growth opportunities, and collaborate on the rollout of transient room sales strategies and package products.
5、数据收集及报表输出，完成每日、每周、每月相关收益报告，为团队决策提供依据。Responsible for data collection and report compilation, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports to support the team’s decision-making.
6、维护收益管理系统数据准确性，确保系统参数设置符合经营需求。Maintain data accuracy in the revenue management system and ensure system parameter configurations meet operational requirements.
7、完成上级领导交办的其他收益管理相关工作任务。 Perform other revenue management related tasks assigned by the superior leadership.
【岗位要求】
1、具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel 等办公软件。Strong data analysis capabilities, proficient in office software including Excel.
2、良好的英语听说读写能力。Good proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
3、逻辑思维清晰，对数字敏感，能独立完成数据分析工作。Clear logical thinking, strong numerical sensitivity, and ability to complete data analysis tasks independently.
4、良好的沟通协调能力，能与各部门高效配合。Sound communication and coordination skills, capable of efficient cross-departmental collaboration.
5、有收益管理、预订部或市场销售等酒店相关工作经验者优先。Prior experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, sales & marketing or related roles is preferred.
