Service Associate - Rooms Controller/Order Taker 宾客服务员-房态控制

We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Rooms Controller/ Order Taker to join our HSKP team.

Responsible forliaising closely with front office and floor to ensure accurate information.
负责与前厅和楼层密切联系，以确保信息的准确。
Assist in housekeeping management.
协助客房部的管理工作。
Maintain proper communication with employees, within and outside the department.
保持正确的沟通，协调员工、部门内外的关系。
As the communication center, responsible for answering internal and external calls.
作为交流的中心，负责接听酒店内部和外部的电话。
We are looking for someone who:
候选人应具备以下特质：
Relevant working experience is preferred
具有相关工作经验者优先
Good health,regular features, no bad habits
身体健康，五官端正，无不良嗜好
Proficient indaily office software, have certain word processing and communication and coordination skills
能熟练操作日常办公软件，有一定的文字处理及沟通协调能力
Good verbal and written skills in both Chinese and English
良好的中英文表达能力及书写能力
Familiar with hotel room expertise, can reasonably solve problems for guests
熟悉酒店客房专业知识，可合理的为宾客解决问题
