We are currently looking for a Service Associate - Hospitality Ambassador to join our FO team.

As a Service Associate - Hospitality Ambassador, we rely on you to:

Assist guests in carrying luggage and providing luggage storage services.

Ensure the safety of all luggage and packages and store them in appropriate places.

Managing the luggage room, ensuring that the luggage room is clean, accepting and storing luggage and any other items, as well as handling guests' left - behind items in accordance with procedures.
