§ 协助完成新员工的录用活动,发布酒店所空缺的职位、与应聘者进行联系并安排合适的候选人在恰当的时间与部门经理见面,检查应聘者的相关信息。
§ Assists in recruitmentactivities, prepares and posts vacancy announcements, contacts applicants forscreening interviews; screens applications and resumes; arranges interviewsappointment and refers suitable candidates to Department Heads; checks anddocuments applicant references.

Assists with the coordination of theassociate recognition programmes.

Assists by checking to ensure all associatefacilities are maintained within standards, i.e. Associate Lockers, AssociateRestaurant, Associate Dormitory and Associates’ smoking area.

Willingly attends hotel training sessions asscheduled to improve skills and knowledge.

Handles guest and associate enquiries in acourteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if noimmediate solution can be found, whilst providing feedback for a prompt followup.

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation inassociate and industrial relations, understanding and strictly adhering toRules & Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’spolicies concerning fire, hygiene and health & safety.
